چکیده
Although the success story of surgical fracture treatment led to a tremendous improvement outcome for certain fractures such as femur or tibia shaft fractures, overall benefit versus conservative remains controversial several types fractures. For this sake, we carried out narrative review high-level evidence studies comparing outcomes in with debates on value therapy clavicle, proximal humerus, olecranon, ankle, calcaneus and Jones We identified eight (Level-I -2) functional quality life these fractures.Only fifth metatarsal bone, bone healing were significantly better after compared treatment. In terms patient-related life, was not found be superior all above-mentioned many trials, lower nonunion rates offset by complications due procedure. Nonunion often seemed have only limited impact results. However, comparability age-differences between patients. Therefore, emphasize need further investigations determine which factors favor approach whom surgery is best option.

متن کاملThe Comparison of Results of Treatment of Midshaft Clavicle Fracture between Operative Treatment with Plate and Non-Operative Treatment
Background: Clavicle fractures are common and usually heal without complications. In this study, we evaluated the outcomes of non-operative versus operative management of displaced fractures. Methods: In a prospective clinical trial study, sixty-five patients with displaced clavicle mid-shaft fractures were nonrandomly divided in two treatment groups. The first group underwent non-operative...
متن کاملProximal Humeral Fractures: Nonoperative Versus Operative Treatment
Background: Management of displaced proximal humeral fractures is subject of ongoing debate. Objectives: We aimed to review our results of operative treatment of proximal humeral fractures compared to age-, sex, and fracture-type controlled conservative treatment. We hypothesized that there is no significant difference in upper-extremity specific disability between patients treated with operati...

We previously reported the results of follow-up at an average of forty-four months. The curren...
